We are changing the way India consumes by offering zero-deposit rentals and lightning-fast 2-hour delivery.Role Overview:We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive to drive end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, and talent acquisition. You will play a key role in shaping our people culture as we scale across multiple cities.Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.- Handle HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance.- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals.- Organize employee engagement, team-building activities, and performance reviews.- Maintain employee records and ensure smooth documentation.- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.Requirements:- 2–5 years of experience in HR roles.- Strong knowledge of HR software (Zoho, Keka, or similar).- Familiarity with compliance, payroll, and recruitment processes.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.What We Offer:- Competitive CTC package.- Opportunity to build and scale HR systems from scratch in a fast-growing startup.- A young, creative, and ambitious work environment.- ESOPs for high performers as the company scales.
