Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes managing recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training and development, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. The HR Manager will also develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Experience with training and development and compliance with HR policies
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are an advantage
