Job Description: Your job responsibilities will include and not be limited to the following:

  1. Preparation of Consolidated financial statements of the group (Listed company experience preferred with hands-on experience of consolidation)

  2. Review of financial statements with Key Indian & foreign subsidiaries as per Indian AS, IFRS, or country-specific GAAP

  3. Compiling data for Board Presentations

  4. Preparation of quarterly annual consolidated financial statements while ensuring compliance with Indian AS and Companies Act

  5. Coordination with Big 4 auditing firms and provide all the audit documents for carrying out statutory audits and Quarterly limited reviews.

  6. Review of receivables & payables at the Group level

  7. Assist in Direct tax-related compliances including payment of advance tax, income tax audit, income tax return preparations, direct tax assessments, and tax litigation in coordination with tax consultants.

  8. Review of yearly XBRL tagging & filing

  9. Budgeting & Forecasting controls of the group

  10. Checking the annual report of the company

  11. Assist in direct tax litigation and coordination with consultant

  12. Coordination with the internal auditor

  13. Handling Accounts of Associate Company

  14. Any other matters/reporting as required by the management

Skills:

  1. Good communication skills

  2. Proficiency in MS office (Excel & Power point)
