Role Description
This is a full-time Marketing Operations Manager role at QTek Digital. The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and overseeing day-to-day marketing operations, managing marketing analytics, and leveraging analytical skills to optimize marketing strategies using SalesForce Marketing Cloud. This is a hybrid role, primarily located in Hyderabad with flexibility for remote work.
Responsibilities
Create workflow orchestrations using Sales Force Marketing Cloud.
Create, manage, and measure email marketing campaigns using SFMC.
Manage a team executing email campaigns based on requirements.
Liaison with the business for managing email marketing channels.
Liaison between the business and IT teams.
Communicate with the stakeholders and provide frequent updates on the status and success of the program.
Qualifications
Masters or Bachelors Degree in Marketing Management, Business or related field.
5-8 years of experience using Sales Force Marketing Cloud or similar CRM platfrom
3-5 Years experience managing a team of 3-5 Marketing Analysts whose specialize in running Marketing campaigns.
5-8 years’ experience running, monitoring, and analyzing marketing campaigns
Marketing Operations and Operations Management skills
Marketing Analytics and Analytical Skills
Experience with Marketing Automation
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
Strong experience working with Jira, Confluence and other Agile tools.
Strong communication and inter personal skills.
Experience working with Agile methodologies
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
