About the Role

We are hiring an
Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)
to identify, co-build, and manage Thence's portfolio of ventures.

You will work closely with Thence's leadership to

  • Identify and validate ideas that can be scaled into ventures.
  • Seek and onboard the right people to run the venture portfolio.
  • Support the operations of the venture portfolio in their 0-1 journey.

What We're Looking For

  • Entrepreneurial drive & hunger with a deep bias for execution and experimentation.
  • You thrive as a generalist and like to dabble in different things, often multiple at a time.
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity and relentless in pursuit.
  • Past entrepreneurial or venture capital experience is welcome.
  • Willingness to work full-time from Bangalore.

What You'll Get
