As the Business Head for Petroleum Financing, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring the success of our petroleum financing initiatives.

Job Description

Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability in the petroleum financing segment. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand our presence in the petroleum financing market, including alliances and partnerships with petrol pumps. Petrol Pump Alliances: Develop and nurture relationships with petrol pump owners and operators to establish mutually beneficial partnerships for offering financing solutions, loyalty programs, or other value-added services. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with petroleum industry clients, understanding their financing needs and providing tailored solutions. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to achieve divisional goals and objectives. Risk Management: Oversee risk assessment and mitigation strategies to ensure the soundness of petroleum financing transactions and compliance with regulatory requirements. Financial Performance: Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed to achieve revenue targets and profitability goals. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices in all petroleum financing activities.
