Designation: Sr. Site Engineer Job Description: 1. To be responsible for smooth working and timely project completion by co-ordinating with site contractor, Architect, RCC / MEP consultants etc. 2. To maintain work speed without compromising on quality, safety environmental issues, and cost and time parameters. 3. To establish good relations with contractors, and solve their difficulties so as to achieve smooth functioning of the projects. 4. To co-ordinate with Architects, structural consultants, and other appointed consultants to complete the scheduled work in time and quality 5. To observe strictly safety, quality, and environmental measures at the site. 6. To supervise the testing of all electrical installation, lift installation, and finishing work. 7. To initiate any new ideas/new development /alternative procedure to achieve better quality, and economy. 8. To keep proper records of all permissions, NOCs a set of all working drawings, center plans, R. C. C details, Architect and Consultants site visit reports, instructions etc. 9. To ensure working drawings for dimensions and measurement, all the boundaries as per the demarcation plan as well as per the Architect’s drawings. 10. To ensure that construction work is executed as per the approved drawings and in line with GFC drawings issued from time to time. 11. To point out discrepancies if any between statutorily approved drawings and GFC drawings well in time before taking up the actual construction work. Qualifications Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering with min. 4 years of experience on a construction site with at least 1 construction site experience end to end Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good knowledge of Auto CAD, construction planning and Management Marathi speaking candidates are preferred.
