Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Engineer to oversee and manage on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and consultants.
  • Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site diaries, and measurement records.
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Manage material deliveries and inventory at the site.
  • Assist in preparing bar bending schedules (BBS), quantity estimation, and bills.
  • Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and site issues.
  • Attend site meetings and communicate project progress to the Project Manager.
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Proven experience as a Site Engineer in building or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
