Position Details:

  • Job Title: Manager/Senior Manager Finance

Job Description Summary:

Revenue Assurance:

  • Regular analysis of system Like OBRM, Hathway Connect, CAS.
  • Pre and Post Billing analysis.
  • Identify and prevent Revenue leakages due to system anomalies.
  • Should be able to handle large data using MS Access table & query.

Revenue / Business Analytics:

  • Reconciliation of revenue & cost from various reports of OBRM & Hathway Connect/ERP.
  • Analysis of Negative balances of Customers & partner.
  • Ensure timely reporting and data integrity & accuracy
  • Revenue Analysis Reporting
  • What If Analysis

Scheme Management & Incentive Payout:

  • End to End management of Scheme, Incentives and Penalties for channel partners & Distributors
  • Financial evaluation of proposed schemes including payback period.
  • Co-ordinate with IT for development and implementation of appropriate IT system for tracking and control various Schemes.
  • Ensure effective monitoring and financial control over schemes through the life cycle of Schemes.
  • Preparation of Employee Incentive payout working and Co-ordinate with respective department HODs for necessary approvals.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Post Graduation
  • IT system knowledge
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Access
  • SQL query knowledge will be added advantage
