**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Supervise Associates**
- Motivate, train, and develop the Revenue Assurance Associates

**Revenue Operations**
- Support regular reconciliations of revenue transactions against SAP RAR to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Help investigate and resolve discrepancies between financial records and SAP RAR data
- Collaborate with IT teams for system upgrades, implementations, and issue resolution

**Data Analysis**
- Undertake analysis of revenue data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential areas for improvement
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand and address data-related issues

**Audit Support**
- Assist in the preparation of documentation and support for internal and external audits related to revenue recognition
- Support the Revenue Assurance Leader in addressing audit queries to ensure compliance with audit requirements

**Continuous Improvement**
- Support efforts to identify opportunities for process improvements in revenue recognition and related systems
- Participate in projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in the revenue accounting function

**Reporting and Documentation**
- Support the preparation of accurate and timely revenue-related financial reports
- Support the maintenance of comprehensive documentation of revenue accounting processes and decisions

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in revenue accounting
- Knowledge and experience with SAP RAR is an advantage
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
