Job Description : Revenue Assurance Head Job Title: Revenue Assurance Head Job Location: Mumbai Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Revenue Assurance Head to lead our revenue integrity and optimization initiatives. In this role, you will work across Finance, Delivery, and Sales teams to ensure revenue is accurately tracked, reported, and maximized. The ideal candidate has a fintech or internet startup background (desirable not mandatory) and thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments. Roles & Responsibilities - Lead and implement the revenue assurance framework across digital flows, product subscriptions, fees, and commissions. - Identify and plug revenue leakages in billing, invoicing, and settlement processes. - Own the end-to-end revenue reconciliation process between transactional systems and accounting software. - Partner with delivery teams to validate logic and configurations for monetization accuracy. - Support compliance with Ind-AS and help implement revenue recognition best practices. - Lead periodic audits and risk assessments of revenue systems and flows. - Build and mentor a small, agile team with strong analytical and operational rigor. Skills Required: - Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting; CA/MBA is a strong advantage. - Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue assurance, internet operations, or internal audit. - Hands-on experience with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (Zoho/Oracle). - Good knowledge of financial controls, reconciliations, and data validation. - Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional communication skills.
