You'll be the driving force behind our renewal strategy, ensuring compliance and delivering measurable impact.Location- Malad, HODesignation- Manager – Revenue Assurance Project ManagementKey Responsibilities:1. Project ManagementLead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of renewal projects.Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Monitor SLAs and maintain project documentation.2. Stakeholder CoordinationCollaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Underwriting, and more.Serve as the central point of contact for all stakeholders.Conduct regular review meetings to track progress and resolve blockers.3. Data & ReportingAnalyze trends in renewals, lapses, and customer cohorts.Create MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.Recommend process improvements using data-driven insights.4. Compliance & Quality ControlEnsure adherence to internal policies and IRDAI regulations.Conduct audits and quality checks to maintain high standards.Qualifications & Experience:Post Graduate preferred.Experience in Renewals/Customer Retention/Customer Handling preferred.
