Industry Engagement Coordinator

The Industry Engagement Coordinator is part of the Program - Industry Engagement team (UK) . The Projects team works to engage, recruit, and retain Project Clients across Practera Micro / Nano programs and delivery cohorts across the year.
The Projects Team is responsible for:
- Recruitment and confirmation of required Project numbers for Practera Nano and Micro Projects
- Continued strategic development of long-term project pipelines through Channels Strategy
- CRM maintenance and reporting
- Program admin and continuous improvement
Generic Expectations:
- Practitioner with significant experience and capability to support business functions, progress technical tasks and projects and high-quality deliverables and work packages for review with general guidance and support.
- Operates in a lead performance dimension with some guidance and oversight
The Industry Engagement Coordinator works closely with the Industry Engagement Director and Practera Programs Coordinators and Managers. The role is responsible for the liaison, management, and administration of the Projects Client networks, as well as the processing of all the Project briefs across all Practera Programs across program delivery calendars and scale needs.
We expect the Industry Engagement Coordinator to have the following percentage split:
Industry Engagement - 60%
- Actively communicating and engaging with Clients to process and confirm their projects and allocate projects as the national programs pipeline requires
- Speaking and engaging with Clients to clearly sell program concept, understand Client needs, confirm and process through checklist
- Nurturing and re-engagement of existing Clients within the Practera network
- Networking, public speaking and promotion of Projects (face-to-face, phone, email and presentations)
- Supporting the Director (Industry Engagement) as well as doing direct sales as required
- Managing all communications in a timely way
Requirements Project Management - 30%
- Managing and maintaining the progress of Asana projects for Industry Engagement in collaboration with the Progr Managers
- Ensure all required people and tasks are on track and delivered as per the schedule
- Report to the Director and Team any issues, risks, flags etc
- Troubleshooting issues, mitigate challenges and ensure management of Client needs across a lifecycle
- Working collaboratively with Programs, CS, Tech Team to ensure quality delivery of experience on Practera
Research & Continuous Development - 10%
- Continuous improvement of program delivery/efficiency and scale with regards to Industry Engagement
- Support in all the research and development of national industry engagement strategy and development of long-term, large scale engagement of industry project and mentor requirements to deliver on sold Practera Programs
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
- Delivery of all contracted Project recruitment requirements engagement and management
- Management of Projects CRM and Administration functions and support of the development of Project recruitment marketing materials and growth of Project ecosystem.
- A high standard of project recruitment within set timeframes
- Continuous improvement of program delivery and recruitment efficiency with the scaling of Project recruitment
- Support in research and development of Project Channels for all Nano and Micro Project needs.
- Demonstrating Practera values and team performance
Key Performance Indicator (KPIs)
- Manage the processing and delivery of 100% of contracted Project requirements for Practera project programs in a quality manner
- Ensure high-quality relationship for required Projects with customer feedback and ‘willingness to recommend (WTR)’ score of 8 and above
- Build the industry engagement process into the programs workflow to support clients of Practera
- Demonstrate continuous Industry Engagement improvement, ecosystem reporting, and updating Program marketing processes as required
- Effectively champion our values – primarily delivering positive experiences for our staff, customers, students, and stakeholders, and playing a key role in leading and developing the team
Benefits 1. Monthly Salary: Php35,000
2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation
- 10 days annual leave credits
- 5 days of sick leave
6. 13th Month Pay after 30 days
7. Annual Appraisal
8. Laptop provided after 30 days
9. Permanent work-from-home role . You will have to use your own internet.
10. SHIFT TIMES: 12PM to 10PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday
