Roles and Responsibilities
1. As AVP / VP Sales and Marketing you will be responsible for handling Cardio & Diabetic segment for reputed pharma company in Mumbai HQ.
2 Candidates will be responsible for handling P&L Budgeting and Top line and Bottom line for the new division.
3. Candidates will be responsible for launching new products and implementing strategies and strengthening existing brands for PAN India.
4. Candidates will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing an entire new sales and marketing team for the division and guide them to achieve derived targets and incentives.
5. Candidate will be responsible for handling Effective Man Management and achieving Business / Sales targets with high PCPM.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. B.Sc. or B. Pharma and MBA in Sales and Marketing, having around 20 years of experience in Pharma out of which last 2-3 years as AVP / VP Sales and Marketing handling Cardio & Diabetic Business of 350 Crore with Team of 300 people.
2. Candidates should be good in handling P&L, Budgeting and Top line and Bottom line.
3. Candidates should be good in Strategy Management and executing the same on basis to achieve budget with effective distribution and administration control.
4. Candidates should be good in recruiting training and developing the sales team on Effective man-management and achieving high PCPM.
