Role Overview
We are looking for an E-commerce Specialist with expertise in Amazon (India & International markets) and other marketplaces to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and scaling our Amazon storefronts, driving sales growth, and ensuring best-in-class customer experience. This role requires strong analytical, operational, and marketing skills with hands-on experience in handling Amazon Seller Central.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations of Amazon India, UAE & US accounts and other Marketplaces (Seller Central).
- Oversee product listings, catalog accuracy, content optimisation, A+ content, brand store, and keywords for better visibility and conversions.
- Plan and execute Amazon advertising campaigns (sponsored ads, display ads, DSP) to maximize ROI.
- Track and analyze sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and competitor activities.
- Ensure smooth inventory planning, stock replenishment, FBA/FBM coordination, and timely order fulfilment.
- Work closely with operations/logistics team to handle returns, claims, and shipment issues.
- Optimize pricing, promotions, coupons, and deals to boost sales and improve rankings.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on KPIs, insights, and growth opportunities.
- Stay updated with Amazon marketplace trends, policies, and algorithm updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in managing Amazon Seller Central (India & International markets preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, PPC campaigns, FBA/FBM, and listing optimization.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, analytics tools, and reporting dashboards.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented startup environment.
