Roles and responsibilities :

Responsibilities:

Support in Proactive Deal Origination: Support idea-based sourcing through regular interaction with intermediaries. To support the investment team with the sector research to source deals. Leading preliminary evaluation and scanning.

Deal Execution – Support: Support the deal execution under the directions of Partners/ Principals/VPs with responsibility of evaluation, analysis, diligence process, transaction documents, sector assessment, preparation of IC collaterals etc.

Portfolio Management – Support: Support the DRP by regular interaction with portfolio companies, analysis of their performance, driving review meetings; MIS reports

Support on exits: Support Partners/ Principals on strategizing and implementing exits.

Working with Client Relationship and Platform teams: Work closely with the Client Relationship and Platform team, share data and information as needed.

Qualification & Experience

Engineering graduate or CA (first attempt). Preferably a Rank Holder.

2+ years total experience. For CA (articleship will not be counted).

For CA’s, full time college graduation is essential.

Good academic scores at school level
