Job Accountabilities
Provide L1 and L2 IT Support, respond to user queries and issues, providing initial support and troubleshooting. Address basic technical problems and escalate as needed.
Apply IT Service Management (ITSM) practices in daily activities. Use Service Manager portals efficiently for issue resolution.
Handle end-to-end management of IT assets, including desktops, laptops, and thin clients. Ensure compliance with ITSM practices in asset management.
Utilize ticketing tools for issue tracking and resolution. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of support activities.
Expert Knowledge of Excel and
Reports: Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of Excel for various tasks, including creating and managing reports.
Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)
Proficient in basic troubleshooting for IT issues.
Strong understanding of L1 and L2 support.
Hardware & OS knowledge.
Familiarity with ITSM concepts and practices.
Ability to navigate and utilize service manager portals effectively.
ITIL Basic Knowledge.
In-depth knowledge of IT assets, including desktops, laptops, and thin clients.
Experience in handling IT assets in adherence to ITSM practices.
Basic Knowledge of Apple products.
Competence in using ticketing tools for issue tracking and resolution.
Attention to detail in documenting support activities.
Effective communication skills for interacting with end-users and team members.
Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications)
B.E/B.Sc./B.Com from a reputed institute (Information Technology, Computer Science Engineering).
Relevant certifications in IT support and management.
Effective communication skills for interacting with end-users and team members.
Ability to adapt to evolving IT landscapes and technologies. Quick learner in understanding new tools and technologies.
