Job Title: Asset Manager
About the Company: Our client is a JV between a well-known Group owning multiple Hospitality assets in India and overseas (Managed and Operated by International Luxury Hotel Brands) and a leading Global Private Equity Firm with a significant presence in India. This collaboration aims to redefine the Company’s presence in Hospitality Business in the Region, leveraging world-class management practices and innovative strategies.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Hotel Asset Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of our hotel properties to maximize asset value and profitability. This role requires a blend of financial acumen, strategic insight, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance asset value and return on investment.
Monitor and ensure Cluster hotel operational profitability and efficiency.
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and prepare detailed reports.
Negotiate and manage contracts with hotel operators, vendors, and other partners.
Foster and manage relationships with hotel operators, owners, and stakeholders.
Perform market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Identify and implement strategies for revenue optimization.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
Coordinate with stakeholders during property acquisitions and disposals.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance preferred.
A minimum of 10- 12 years of experience in the Hospitality industry, with at least 4 years in an Asset Management role.
Strong Financial and Analytical acumen and experience in budgetary management.
Ability to contribute to the Company’s Growth and Development
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Familiarity with international luxury hotel operations.
