Solid technical knowledge of mechanical parts and their applications. Effective team leadership skills to manage store staff and operations smoothly. Experience in budgeting to manage store financials effectively. Excellent vendor management skills to maintain and build strong supplier relationships. Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve store-related issues promptly. Roles and Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the mechanical store, ensuring efficient processes. Monitor inventory levels and make necessary purchases to maintain optimal stock. Utilize SAP software to track inventory and ensure accurate record-keeping. Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods. Provide technical support and knowledge to staff regarding mechanical parts and tools. Lead and supervise store staff, providing training and guidance as needed. Handle budgeting activities to keep store operations within financial constraints. Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers for reliable service and materials. Address and resolve any issues that arise in the store operations quickly and effectively.
