**Profile: Technical Sales Coordinator**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Follow reporting procedures defined by your immediate manager
- Prepare and Maintain data of sales visit by coordinating with sales team
- Prepare Quotation & Invoices in tally
- Check stocks time to time and maintain accuracy
- Generate new leads as per the requirements
- Maintain files of each important documents
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Pre and post-sales support to team.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Payment follow-ups
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Call customers for feedback
- Prepare & maintain Sales Teams progress report
- If assigned by HOD Verify team attendance with visits and Approve before last day of every month via coordinating with HOD
- If assigned by HOD Verify Team Leaves/c-off Approve before last day of every month via coordinating with HOD
- If assigned by HOD Remove Employee from other app & group when resigned/terminated
- Coordinate with Principle Employer for order or service related issued and close timely
- Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Minimum Experience Required: 1-5 Year
- Comprehensive Industry Knowledge,

- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical,

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
