Director of IT Sales

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Director of IT Sales. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales strategies, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the growth of Art Technology & Software India Pvt Ltd.
Minimum of 20 years of proven work experience in IT sales, with a focus on software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet the company's revenue targets.
- Lead and mentor the IT sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the IT solutions industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of software solutions.
- Analyse market trends, identify new business opportunities, and provide insights for product development.
- Utilize existing contacts and network in the current IT market to enhance sales efforts.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the executive team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 20 years of proven work experience in IT sales, with a focus on software solutions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales initiatives and meet ambitious targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Additional Preferences: - Existing contacts and network in the current IT market.
- Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
