Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calling and outreach to potential customers and partners.
  • Generate and qualify leads to feed into the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain and update the sales tracker with daily lead status, follow-ups, and closures.
  • Coordinate and support logistics of materials and workforce for ongoing projects.
  • Schedule meetings/demos for the sales team with prospects.
  • Work closely with the business development team to execute campaigns and track results.
  • Provide daily/weekly reports on lead generation and pipeline progress.
  • Act as the first point of contact for potential customers and ensure a positive experience.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, and Kannada preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and convincing skills with the ability to handle objections.
  • A persuasive and confident personality with good listening skills.
  • Smart, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain organized records of sales activity.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining trackers.
  • Previous internship/experience in sales, telecalling, or pre-sales is an added advantage.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a startup environment.
  • Owns a laptop and preferably a two-wheeler.
