Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – Online MBA Sales Program

Location: (Work from Office – Pune)
Work Mode: On-site | 6 Days Working

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective students and working professionals to promote and enroll them in the Online MBA program.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead conversions.
  • Actively participate in B2B sales visits to companies and corporate partners for lead generation and admissions.
  • Work closely as a team player, supporting colleagues to achieve collective goals.
  • Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and admissions in CRM tools.
  • Provide a seamless and professional admission experience to all prospects.

Requirements:

  • Sincere, hardworking, and target-oriented individual with a passion for sales.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts and extended hours when required.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate and contribute to group success.
  • Comfortable with B2B visits for corporate tie-ups and lead generation.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate with prior sales experience (experience in the education sector will be an added advantage).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
