Key Responsibilities

  • In-Store Promotions: Plan and execute seasonal promotions, offers, and events to attract customers.
  • Digital Marketing Support: Assist in creating Instagram/Facebook posts, stories, and reels to engage customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Collect feedback, manage loyalty programs, and build lasting relationships with shoppers.
  • Event Coordination: Support fashion shows, college collaborations, and community events to boost visibility.
  • Brand Awareness: Distribute pamphlets, coordinate with societies/colleges, and increase local visibility.
  • Reporting: Track sales promotions, social media growth, and marketing campaign performance.

Skills Required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of social media (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp marketing)
  • Creativity in planning promotions and campaigns
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with the sales team
  • Preferably background in fashion, marketing, or retail

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹5, ₹10,000.00 per month
