Associate VP –Implementation

As an AVP – Implementation,you will provide thought leadership and support in growing and cultivating ourSalesforce-based application, Symphony delivery practice. You will act as atrusted advisor for our clients, some of the world’s top brands, and lead majorstrategic initiatives from beginning to end. You will be a thought leader andactively be involved in recruiting and retaining future technical leaders forthe practice. ·Clientaccount portfolio management 

·Reviewand provide value-added feedback on Architect solution designs. 

·Developand maintain senior technical client relationships. 

·Mitigatekey account/project technical risks and issues. 

·Provideteam guidance and performance management, particularly for architects andtechnical leads. 

·Translatebusiness/technical requirements into well-architected solutions that best leveragethe Salesforce platform. 

·Pre-SalesScoping, Solutioning, and Estimation 

·Estimatelevel of effort, schedules and resources needed to implement solutions. Writeand/or review Statements of Work.

·Proactive,appropriate internal executive status communication and escalation 

·DevelopSalesforce architectural solutions to address client requirements and business objectives. 

·Establish,document, and enforce standards and best practices for technical services, suchas: design templates; code standards; deployment processes;integration/migration planning. 

·Establishbest practices in Project Management and oversee project portfolio.

·Coach/mentor5+ mid-level managers. 

·Engageand lead a team of over 40 team members from multiple disciplines, i.e.,Project Management, SF Development, and Quality.

·Administerresource allocation, career development of staff, and other people management decisions.

Qualifications

YourSkills & Experience: 

·Extensiveconsulting experience with Salesforce (15+ years)

·Salesforceor other SF based application implementation management. 

·Broad(multi-cloud) Salesforce platform experience and understanding. 

·Portfoliodelivery leadership 

·SalesforceSolution architecture/design 

·Peoplemanagement and management of PM, SF development and SW Testing resources 

·FullSDLC consulting experience 

·MultipleSalesforce Certifications 

·Executivelevel client relationship management
