Primary Role:

As the AVP, Engineering, you will lead a team of software developers within Customer Support, dedicated to resolving technical issues encountered by our clients. Your role will involve close collaboration with internal departments to ensure the successful deployment of applications and the delivery of outstanding customer support. Additionally, you will be instrumental in coaching, growing, and mentoring our engineering teams, driving product roadmap initiatives, and ensuring product delivery and integrity.
What you'll do: Provide technical guidance and leadership to a team of developers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of customer support software solutions, including ticketing systems, knowledge bases, and other tools. Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency, scalability, and performance of our application. Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization, including Platform, Delivery Consulting ,Delivery Engineering and DevOps teams. Implement robust testing strategies and quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability, security, and usability of our applications. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in customer support and software development, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team. Coach and mentor team members, providing technical guidance, professional development opportunities, and performance feedback to support their growth and success.
