Primary Role:

The AVP, Delivery Management will lead the strategic direction, leadership, and execution of all customer support delivery activities at Odessa for the APMEA region.In this role, the Delivery Management Leader will work closely with key stakeholders and thought leaders in the continuous development of Odessa’s platform functionalities. Collaborating with the organization’s functional leadership, he/she will help shape the long-term product roadmap. He/She will also continuously identify opportunities to expand Odessa's service offerings and drive global service innovation, leveraging industry best practices in people, technology, and processes to enhance service quality.
What you'll do: Establish teams and practices to address gaps in Odessa's overall customer service delivery offerings. Develop a comprehensive roadmap and operational strategy for implementation and post-implementation support services in the APMEA region. Collaborate with functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements and customer feedback into actionable recommendations for product strategy and roadmap development. Drive post-production revenue to expand customer accounts and strengthen relationships. Facilitate continuous process improvement to maintain and scale a software services business that has experienced a 30% CAGR over the past three years.

Proven leadership experience managing teams of 15-30 people. Experience concurrently managing a range of implementations (small, medium, large) across APMEA geographies. Demonstrated track record in P&L and financial management. Extensive experience with Digital and Cloud technologies. Deep understanding of engineering best practices (TDD, BDD, CI/CD) and AGILE methodologies.
