Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Understand the positioning of brand offerings and customer segments basis projects.
  • Manage all Integrated marketing communication including ATL, BTL, OOH, Digital & Experiential Marketing
  • Define strategic goals of business for long term and foresee the concerns to address them beforehand.
  • Quarterly & monthly budget planning, Sourcing quotations, vendor management and internal and external stake holder management.
  • Ideate promotional communications, managing multiple campaigns for different projects. For Lead generation & increase the overall Brand awareness
  • Understand Consumer behavior through conducting timely market research gathering secondary references and reports, ROI analysis for campaigns and activities concluded, Sales Funnel Management & Tracking Lead Pipeline.
  • Planning Project launches, Press Releases, Media management, Agencies, Venues & production set-up coordination.
  • Working knowledge on online, digital, Social & Media tools to for monitoring campaigns.
  • Able to present ideas to HOD's & leadership, good command on marketing communications.


Technical and soft skills:

  • Skilled in Microsoft tools Word, Excel, PowerPoint to manage daily tasks with both verbal and written communication.
  • Hands on experience in Salesforce SFDC & SFMC for monitoring marketing campaigns performances is a plus.
  • Good Conviction skills, Self-motivated by work demand and time restraints
  • People leader and go-getter, Able to communicate rightly to diversified Groups.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or a related field of study
  • 12+ years' of marketing experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
