Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the digital marketing team, sales team, and external clients to drive brand awareness, lead generation, client acquisition, and engagement.

Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, leads, and conversions.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising, content marketing, and influencer marketing.
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Youtube Ads etc
Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and ROI.
Monitor industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with overall marketing objectives and business goals.
Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content across digital channels, including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics.
Develop and maintain relationships with key industry influencers and partners to amplify brand reach and visibility.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing tools and technologies and recommend new tools and platforms to enhance digital marketing efforts.
Explore and implement innovative AI-driven solutions for campaign optimization, audience targeting, and personalized marketing.

Qualifications:
Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Master‘s degree preferred).
Proven experience in digital marketing with a track record of successful campaigns and client management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Certifications in SEM,PPC, Display Ads, and Google AdWords are highly preferred.
