We’re looking for a passionate Growth Marketer to join our dynamic team and help us scale our impact and reach across the MENA region.
Role Overview
As our Growth Marketer, you’ll lead Platable’s marketing efforts to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will develop and execute strategies that will increase brand awareness, attract new users, and grow our community of food-conscious consumers and partners. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference and shape the future of Platable’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement data-driven growth marketing strategies to drive new user acquisition and retention.
Lead digital marketing campaigns across channels like SEO, SEM, social media, email, and influencer partnerships.
Optimize performance across all channels, focusing on cost-efficient methods to drive app downloads and engagement.
Analyze data to understand user behavior and identify growth opportunities, creating actionable insights for the product and marketing teams.
Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure alignment on brand messaging and user experience.
Develop referral and loyalty programs to enhance customer retention and incentivize community growth.
Manage and optimize paid campaigns, ensuring strong ROI across platforms.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, ideally within a startup or tech environment.
Proven track record in driving growth across digital channels, with a strong understanding of SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to track performance and generate insights.
Creative problem-solver with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative growth strategies.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
Passionate about sustainability, food tech, and making a positive impact.
