Job Description
Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Play a key role in the formulation and refinement of the organization's strategic plan
Conduct in-depth analysis and provide recommendations to support long-term goals.
Lead and coordinate strategic projects directly overseen by the CEO. Ensure these initiatives align with organizational objectives and are delivered effectively.
Facilitate collaboration across different departments, ensuring strategic alignment and efficient execution of initiatives.
Organize and manage strategic planning sessions.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree/MBA in business administration, finance, or a related field. Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
