JobSummary:

The Chief MarketingOfficer (CMO) is a crucial member of the Executive Leadership team,reporting directly to the CEO. This role focuses on understandingand meeting customer expectations, market dynamics, and competitivepositioning. The CMO will play a pivotal role in achievingexponential, capital-efficient, profitable, and transformationalgrowth, enhancing overall company positioning, success, and brandin the marketplace.

KeyResponsibilities:

1.Developand deploy strategic marketing plans aligned with companyobjectives, brand positioning, and businessstrategies.

2.Establishbudgets, procedures, systems, and talent development formaintaining high standards of marketingexcellence.

3.Provideoversight across total marketing operations, including IntegratedMarketing, Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, andmore.

4.Leadand mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering acollaborative and high-performance culture.

5.Builda performance-based culture, aligning with the company's vision,mission, and objectives.

6.Conductmarket research, assess trends, and refine marketingstrategies.

7.Ensurestrong integrated marketing and sales strategy, planning, anddemand forecasting.

8.Plan,execute, and optimize multi-channel/omnichannel marketingcampaigns.

9.Buildrobust Customer Management processes with a focus on acquisition,retention, and loyalty.

10.Proactivelyengage with cross-functional teams for new product development andcommercialization.

11.Overseedigital marketing initiatives, SEO, SEM, email marketing,influencer marketing, and social mediaoutreach.

12.Developand maintain a continuous learning organization, staying abreast ofindustry trends and technologies.

13.Establishlong-term sustainable relationships with customers, key marketpersonnel, and strategic partners.

14.Attendindustry events, conferences, and serve as a thought leader invarious forums.

Education:

  • MBA/PGDM preferably with Marketingspecialization or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business,marketing, economics, engineering, or a related field from areputed institute.

Job Requirements &Experience:

  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in seniormarketing leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of success in developingand implementing effective marketingstrategies.
  • Exposureto various facets of marketing, including digital marketing,branding, and market research.
  • Knowledge of big data analysis and AI toolsfor Marketing is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with the Legal Tech and logisticsindustries is advantageous.
  • Strong business acumen, leadership, andinterpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implementlong-term strategic marketing plans.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbaland written.
  • High onenergy, drive, passion, and commitment with a focus on challengingthe status quo.
  • Self-driven with a strong process orientationand personal accountability for businessresults.
