Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Manager located in Chengalpattu. The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day retail operations, developing sales strategies, achieving the sales target, and ensuring superior customer service. The role includes monitoring sales performance, managing inventory, and building strong customer relationships to enhance customer experience. The Retail Sales Manager will also coordinate with other departments to achieve the company's sales goals and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Experience in enhancing Customer Experience
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage inventory
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is advantageous
  • Experience with IT and electronic security products is a plus
