Role Overview
Seeking a versatile multimedia professional to support sales operations and create high-quality marketing content for our packaging machinery portfolio. The role bridges sales follow-up, technical documentation, quotations, and digital publishing across the website, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales coordination and follow-up
- Track leads, update CRM, and follow up with the Sales Manager and prospects to drive timely closures.
- Prepare quotations, BOQs, scope-of-supply, and price sheets using standardised templates and brand guidelines.
- Liaise with engineering for specs, compliance matrices, and tender submissions specific to packaging machinery.
2. Technical documentation
- Draft and maintain product datasheets, application notes, case studies, comparison sheets, and PPT proposals.
3. Multimedia content creation
- Create brochures, one-pagers, banners, and event assets highlighting the machine portfolio.
- Produce short product/demo videos and explainers with basic motion graphics; capture/edit product imagery.
4. Digital marketing and publishing
- Update product pages and blogs on the website; apply basic SEO for packaging automation keywords.
- Plan and publish content on LinkedIn pages and YouTube; draft captions, thumbnails, metadata; report engagement.
5. Collaboration and reporting
- Align messaging with Sales, Engineering, and Management; maintain content calendar and weekly sales/content performance reports.
Skill & Knowledge
- Experience with technical proposals/quotations in machinery or industrial automation.
- CMS familiarity (WordPress/Webflow/
HubSpot
) and basic SEO. - CRM exposure (Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce) and analytics (LinkedIn, YouTube Studio).
- Ability to translate engineering inputs into customer-friendly collateral for packaging equipment.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Marketing/Communications/Design/Engineering or equivalent.
- 1–3 years in sales support and marketing content creation, preferably in B2B/industrial.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Suite, or Canva for design/video, basic motion graphics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong attention to detail and deadlines.
