Qualifications: B. Com/M. Com/CA/ICWA/CFA An active Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional

Consultant Associate certification is a must. Additionally, an active Microsoft Power Platform Functional

Consultant Associate certification would be an advantage. Skills and Competencies: Dynamics 365 F&O

Expertise: Proficient in configuring and customizing D365 F&O across a range of financial modules

including general ledger, receivables, payables, budgeting, bank & cash management, product & service

costing cashflow, inventory valuation, fixed assets, and financial reporting, with a deep understanding of

its architecture and core functionalities. Technical and Analytical Proficiency: Strong ability to analyse

business requirements, translate them into effective system configurations, and solve complex problems.

Experienced in process documentation and quality assurance, ensuring compliance with regulatory

standards. Collaboration and Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable

of effectively interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to work

collaboratively with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors. Training and Support: Skilled in

developing and delivering user training programs, creating comprehensive documentation, and providing


ongoing system support to enhance user satisfaction and system usability. Project Implementation

Leadership: Knowledgeable in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sure Step implementation methodology, leading

project phases, and executing test plans for financial modules. Ability to drive projects to completion and

meet client needs. Continuous Learning and Customer Focus: Committed to staying updated on new

D365 F&O features and best practices. Maintains a customer-centric approach, building strong

relationships with clients and ensuring solutions meet their business needs. Experience Level: The

candidate should have a total professional experience of 5-12 years as a finance application specialist for

D365 F&O ERP across the current SaaS version and the previous versions of Microsoft Dynamics AX.

The candidate should have at least 2 end to end implementations as functional consultant in Dynamics

D365 F&O versions (with one end to end implementation in the last 3 years) as a finance consultant.

Should have delivered presales demo, user training, experience of version upgrade and support projects

in Dynamics D365 F&O / AX.
