They are accountable to have a good understanding of and compliance to relevant legislative frameworks, government decision-making and AusCheck's mission and policy requirements. Duties and responsibilities Respond to moderately complex client enquiries and requests, provide advice, and record information as appropriate Develop and maintain productive working relationships through day-to-day liaison with stakeholders Assist with moderately complex analysis and research across all relevant information sources to meet reporting requirements Manage resources in accordance with legislation, delegation limits and departmental policy Assist with moderately complex analysis and research across all relevant information sources to meet reporting requirements. Additional information A broad understanding of relevant legislative and policy frameworks and service delivery and of the external factors influencing departmental or whole of government policies relative to role (or the ability to quickly develop and maintain this understanding in light of scheme and process changes). Be creative, innovative, resilient and capable of working in a high-tempo environment. Demonstrate self-awareness and a commitment to learning and personal development. Have strong experience using the Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail with an ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing (sound writing skills required and ability to take and make verbal/audible phone calls).
