Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning & Strategy:

  • Plan annual calendar of events in coordination with academic and administrative departments.

  • Develop event concepts aligned with the institutions brand and objectives.

  • Coordination & Execution:

  • Organize and manage logistics for events such as graduation ceremonies, college fests, seminars, workshops, induction programs, alumni meets, and marketing activations.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (faculty, staff, student committees) and external vendors (caterers, decorators, AV providers, etc.).

  • Budgeting & Vendor Management:

  • Prepare and manage budgets for each event.

  • Negotiate with vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.

  • Marketing & Communication:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through social media, email campaigns, and offline channels.

  • Ensure branding consistency across all event-related materials.

  • Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure all events comply with institutional policies and legal regulations.

  • Manage permissions, safety protocols, and contingency planning.

  • Post-Event Analysis:

  • Gather feedback, prepare reports, and evaluate event success and areas of improvement.
