Performance Marketing Creative Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Strategist with expertise in performance marketing creative strategy for influencer videos, static images, and multimedia content. This role involves overseeing the creation of compelling, high-converting video & static content for performance marketing campaigns.

This individual will work closely with designers, influencers/models, product & brand teams to design content concepts that resonate with target audiences and drive measurable results across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Video/Static Concept & Strategy Development:
    • Develop creative strategies and concepts for performance marketing videos/statics that align with brand goals and drive customer acquisition and conversions.
    • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and performance goals.
    • Create content narratives that showcase skincare products, focusing on their unique selling points and consumer benefits.
  • Content Production & Storyboarding:
    • Lead the ideation and storyboarding process for performance marketing content, ensuring alignment with both brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
    • Oversee the production of short, engaging video ads, static images, and GIFs for social media, display ads, and other digital channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
    • Partner with videographers, photographers, editors, and graphic designers to bring creative concepts to life.
  • Data-Driven Creative Optimization:
    • Analyze the performance of influencer campaigns using data and metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
    • Optimize creative content based on real-time performance data and A/B test variations to improve effectiveness.
    • Continuously refine messaging, visual elements, and content style to enhance campaign performance and meet ROI targets.
  • Trend & Audience Insight Integration:
    • Stay up-to-date with influencer marketing trends, best practices, and platform-specific content formats (e.g., Reels, Stories, etc.).
    • Conduct research on audience behavior, preferences, and competitor influencer strategies to inform creative development.
    • Adapt creative strategies to ensure they are relevant and appealing to different audience segments.
  • Influencer Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination:
    • Work closely with performance marketers to align influencer content strategies with paid ad campaigns and digital marketing goals.
    • Collaborate with product and brand teams to ensure influencer content accurately reflects the brand's tone, aesthetic, and product benefits.
    • Coordinate with external agencies, production teams, and influencers/models to execute high-quality content.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution:
    • Plan, produce, and manage multiple content assets (videos, statics, GIFs) from concept to completion for ongoing marketing campaigns.
    • Ensure content is delivered on time, within budget, and optimized for various platforms.
    • Maintain brand consistency while tailoring content to maximize conversions in performance marketing.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Film Production, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing creative strategy with a focus on performance marketing content, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong background in developing both video and static content (images, GIFs) specifically for performance marketing channels.
  • Excellent understanding of influencer marketing dynamics and how to leverage influencer partnerships for maximum performance.
  • Proven ability to create short, compelling narratives for performance marketing.
  • Familiarity with content production tools, editing software, and various ad formats across platforms.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
