Creative Strategist – The Role for Those Who Live & Breathe Content

Calling all content-obsessed, trend-chasing, performance-driven creatives. If you're someone who knows exactly what makes a video ad go viral, loves cracking the code on what stops the scroll, and can turn creative ideas into business impact—this one's for you.

Leap is hiring a Creative Strategist to lead high-impact, high-performing digital campaigns . You'll own ad creatives, video content, and performance-driven storytelling that gets results. And yes, you'll be managing a small but mighty creative team to push boundaries and set new standards.

The Charter for this Role Will Include:

  • Owning Creative Production: Lead the creation of video ads, static creatives, and digital content that don't just look good—they drive conversions .
  • Managing & Mentoring a Team: Guide a small crew of creatives to deliver scroll-stopping, high-performance campaigns at speed.
  • Bridging Creativity & Growth: Work closely with marketing, product, and tech to ensure every creative asset aligns with business goals.
  • Strategy Meets Execution: Don't just brainstorm ideas—bring them to life, test them, tweak them, and scale what works.
  • Performance First: Every creative should stop the scroll, get the click, and move the needle .

Who We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years in creative roles , with at least 1-2 years managing a team .
  • Hands-on experience creating digital assets for high-budget, performance-driven campaigns .
  • A trend-spotter, content hacker, and experimenter who understands what makes people engage.
  • A creative mind with a business brain —you know how design choices impact conversion rates.
  • Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments , makes quick decisions, and brings clarity to chaos.
