Creative Strategist

In this role, you'll oversee the creation of digital marketing assets for performance-driven campaigns and manage a small team.
You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative strategies and assets that drive growth for the brand.
The charter for this role will include: Leading Creative Production: Own the creation of digital assets—video ads, static creatives, and performance-driven content—that get results.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small team to consistently deliver high-quality work, on time and on point.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, tech, and product teams to align creative projects with business goals.
Strategy Meets Execution: Develop creative strategies that aren't just pretty—they're optimized for digital platforms and designed to move metrics.
Stakeholder Management: Keep communication crisp, expectations aligned, and projects moving at speed.
Performance Focus: Ensure every asset isn't just creative—but effective.
Tailor content to hit specific campaign objectives.
Ideal Persona would: Have 3+ years in creative roles , with at least 1-2 years managing a team.
Bring hands-on experience creating digital assets for performance marketing campaigns.
Know how to lead, mentor, and get the best out of a creative team under deadlines.
Understand how creative decisions directly impact performance metrics —and design accordingly.
Excel at working with multiple stakeholders, juggling different priorities without missing a beat.
Thrive in fast-paced environments , solve problems quickly, and love turning ambiguity into clarity.
