Job DescriptionThe Sales Specialist plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This position requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Job ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the CEO or Sales Head during sales calls.Provide valuable insights and support to enhance the overall sales pitch.Take the lead in sales calls, demonstrating a deep understanding of products or services.Effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.Engage with clients post-sales calls to ensure a smooth transition to the next steps.Follow up on any outstanding formalities or documentation required.Handle various sales operational tasks to streamline processes.Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales-related documentation.Research and identify potential clients and markets.Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales deals.Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet client expectations.Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.

Skills RequirementProven experience in sales, with a track record of successful client interactions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Strong organizational skills to manage post-sales tasks efficiently.Initiative and self-motivation to lead and contribute to the sales process.Results-driven and goal-oriented.Excellent negotiation and closing skills.Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
