Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an IT Sales Specialist. The IT Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, account management, and communication with clients. The specialist will work to identify and build relationships with potential clients, understand their IT needs, and recommend appropriate solutions. The specialist will also manage ongoing relationships with existing clients, provide excellent customer service, and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience in IT sales, lead generation, and account management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of information technology and software solutions
Ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
Experience in the software development industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
