100% Remote RoleJob Title: Technical APM Consultant with Orbus infinityPermanent position Timing: 3pm – 11pm IST Experience : 5+ yearsRequired:Hands-on Orbus (i Server/Infinity) experience: Application attribute configuration, surveys, workflow, and portfolio dashboards.Familiarity with Service Now (contract, usage, and license data extraction)Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM) and proven facilitation of Agile delivery.Strong skills in requirements gathering, backlog management, and stakeholder communication.Experience with ROI/TCO modeling and cost-benefit analysis.Familiarity with Informatica EDW for data aggregation a plus.Proficiency in Power Automate for survey execution a plus.I need a higher degree of experience in Orbus vs. Service Now. Someone who can navigate Orbus comfortably as they’ve worked in it before. Long story short, they need to have the knowledge to support the activity (Application Portfolio Management), and the ability to operate in the tool. We can work with them to understand the Service Now capacity.Orbus experience a must. Service Now experience a nice to have.No ETL experience required, but nice to understand how the ETL process works. It will be supported by another team.Job Description:This role drives the day-to-day execution of Application Portfolio Management (APM) and Rationalization activities. The Business Analyst will be hands-on in building and maintaining the Enterprise Application Inventory in Orbus, running business and technical health application assessments, and supporting the Application Rationalization processes. The role requires deep working knowledge of Orbus (i Server/Infinity) and familiarization with Service Now (SAM/APM modules) and strong facilitation skills to support stakeholders across IT, Procurement, and the Business.Expectations:Build and continuously update the application inventory in Orbus, ensuring metadata completeness.Execute business fit and technical health surveys and analyze results.Establish and support ROI, TCO, and business case analysis for rationalization opportunities with clear recommendations (decommission, consolidate, migrate, renew).Identify functional overlap, redundancy, and consolidation opportunities between applications.Create and maintain application usage and value reports.Maintain and prioritize the APM Initiative backlog in Orbus, tracking dependencies.Serve as Scrum Master for cross-functional activities: managing sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups, and progress tracking.Support maintenance of Application Software Catalog.Core Competencies:Analytical and detail-oriented: proactive in chasing gaps and inconsistencies.Action Oriented: Demonstrates a bias towards action and driving organizational change.Problem Solving: Able to break complex problems into solvable chunks, looks beyond the first answer to understand underlying dynamics
