Roles and Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to enhance brand identity and engagement. Create visually appealing and compelling content across all major social media platforms. Monitor, track, and analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance. Collaborate with internal teams to align social media content with company objectives and campaigns. Manage and oversee social media campaigns and day-to-day activities. Respond to social media inquiries and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies. Work with influencers and build partnerships to increase the reach and impact of our social media efforts. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin Advertising, with a keen understanding of campaigns, audience targeting, and performance metrics. In-depth experience with Facebook Ads Manager to strategize, implement, and analyze ad campaigns effectively. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics for monitoring and evaluating digital marketing strategies and campaign performance. Creativity in content creation across various social media platforms to engage and grow an audience. Experience using Hootsuite or similar tools for social media scheduling, monitoring, and managing multiple accounts efficiently. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for designing engaging visuals and materials for social media campaigns.
