The Role
As Fotello's first Customer Success Executive, you'll shape what world-class customer experience looks like as we scale from 100 to 1,000+ customers. You'll be designing the playbooks, managing relationships, fielding day-to-day support requests, and collecting product insights—all while working directly with the founders and the engineering team.
What You'll Do
Be the first line of support across chat, email, and other channels—every interaction a chance to delight.
Own the customer journey end-to-end: onboarding, activation, training, expansion, and renewals.
Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for the product and engineering teams.
Collaborate with our in-house editing team to ensure all special requests and fixes are delivered quickly and consistently.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with our users—many of whom run growing real estate media companies.
Spot growth opportunities and help customers scale with us.
File bugs, test fixes, and help close the loop between customers and the product team.
