As a Finance Controller, we expect you to have:High integrityUnmatched diligence and detail orientednessStrong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance. Proficiency in financial software and systems .Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.Good communication and interpersonal abilities.Qualified Chartered Accountant with >8 years of operating experience.Work experience in startups in operating FC/FM rolesWork experience with reputed CA firms, preferably Big4 firms is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
