Sales - Fintech Experience

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our fast-growing fintech startup. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, selling cutting-edge fintech solutions to clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and generating leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and positioning strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients through effective communication and excellent customer service.
- Understand client requirements and tailor product presentations and proposals to showcase how our fintech solutions meet their specific needs.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to key decision-makers, highlighting the value and benefits of our products/services.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring alignment with pricing guidelines, contract terms, and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal pipeline using our CRM software.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the fintech landscape.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall sales team objectives.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in B2C sales, preferably in the fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products/services and the ability to articulate their value to clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and close complex sales deals.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales productivity tools to manage and track sales activities.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
