Company Introduction:Raga Engineers is a 27 years old company, situated in the New Industrial Area of Faridabad. Raga Engineers is into manufacturing consumables and peripherals for the die casting industry. It has been serving the Automotive OEMs & Tier-1s both in India and abroad.
Company is managed by a very dynamic industry leader Mr Rahat A Bhatia, who is an Engineering Graduate and leading the Industry for the last 29 years. The team at Raga is more than 80 people , who are growing every year along with the growth of the company.
Company is in expansion mode and is looking for a
General Manager Manufacturing Head
who can oversee the entire manufacturing process, ensuring efficient operations, adherence to quality standards, and timely production.
Raga has two major divisions. The machine building division builds equipment like Jet Cooling & Vacuum System for die casting. While the parts division produces consumable parts out of alloy steel. The Position is for the Parts division.
The company has a very well structured set up. Company’s office timings are 9 am - 6 pm with 6 days working in a week. Salaries or any other dues are paid ON TIME on 10th of every month. Official SIM card will be provided to the candidate.

Ensuring dispatches as per defined dispatch lead time (20 days for core pins and 30 days for non core pins)●
Production Planning on shift/daily/weekly/monthly basis.●
Ensuring priority planning and manufacturing as per Production Management System (PMS), Bin movement at shop floor. Ensuring
ZERO
delays across every process every day as per PMS.●
Maintaining production stocks of semi finished parts as per defined inventory levels, segregating teams, machines and outsource suppliers.●
Ensuring smooth operations through regular follow ups & reviews with concerning departments as per “Review Plan” on behalf of management and report to management.● Redefining the manufacturing process flow of all product variants. Ensuring its execution through Job cards in process design & on the shop floor considering existing machines.● Process time (cycle time) and manpower productivity analysis & optimisation on CNC, VMC and conventional machines on the shopfloor.●
Problem solving at machine and department level. Resolving manpower issues, root cause analysis and resolving technical/behavioral problems at shop floor●
Ensuring Preventive maintenance and resolving breakdowns to avoid production losses.●
Ensuring planned development of new products and processes in house and at tier 1 suppliers. Preparing detail costing sheet for outsource products
Who can FIT in to this role:

Having 15-18 years of experience in handling customized, low volume machining part production activities in the past.➢
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing or related field➢
Knowledge of CNC & VMC programming & process➢
Good Verbal & written communication➢
Willing to travel abroad➢
Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities➢
Time management and discipline
