Job Description:
As the Plant Operations Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our manufacturing operations to drive operational excellence through optimum resource utilization, high-standard quality and process control, training, and development of human resources to achieve/exceed customer and investors expectation in Quality, Delivery and Cost. This role will involve a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on management across various functional areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Operations Management:
Plan, organize, and direct day-to-day operations to achieve optimum efficiency and exceed customer expectations while meeting organizational requirements.
Lead and manage teams across Production, Engineering, Quality Control, Warehouse, and Maintenance to ensure smooth project execution.
Drive Lean program across the organization for the operational excellence
Drive the operational transformation, Industry 4.0 concept
Production & Quality Oversight:
Increase production capacity and flexibility while minimizing costs and maintaining high-quality standards.
Ensure production output, product quality, and on-time shipments align with company goals.
Resource Management:
Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to achieve optimal results.
Develop and implement strategies that align with the company's strategic initiatives, providing clear direction and focus.
Process Development & Improvement:
Develop and refine processes to maximize quality, productivity, and safety.
Monitor operations, trigger corrective actions, and implement best practices to continuously improve performance.
Team Leadership:
Foster a trusting relationship with the workgroup, and recruit, manage, and develop plant staff.
Provide leadership and support to ensure teams are motivated, skilled, and aligned with operational goals.
Create succession planning across all functions and monitor clear KRA/PMS process and empowerment
Data Analysis & Efficiency:
Collect and analyze data to identify and address areas of waste or inefficiency.
Implement corrective actions to enhance productivity and reduce unnecessary costs.
Compliance & Standards:
Ensure all daily operations adhere to company policies and procedures.
Stay up-to-date with the latest production management best practices and industry trends.
Drive plant operation to high-standard ESG practices
Customer Alignment:
Lead the company’s manufacturing activities and strategic execution, ensuring that products meet customer requirements and expectations.
