About Function/Department
Response is the Sales function of the Company and contributes over 90% to the Company’s top-line. The function has 1,100 + colleagues who are engaged in business planning, business development, fulfilment of client orders, and sales capability building. The function uses world class processes, cutting edge technology and analytics to ensure that business growth objectives are met.
About the Position
Pricing Team’s focus is to maximize revenue for the company through profitable growth and correct pricing of ad inventory across media formats.
Areas of Responsibility
• Analyse business performance covering all aspects of revenue, market performance and yield to highlight opportunities and risks for action.
• Coordinate with sales team on a daily basis to close client deals of all sizes through right pricing of ad inventory.
• Market / competition benchmarking to identify opportunity areas.
• Analyse macroeconomic events / regulatory factors impacting business to create early warning signals / opportunity banks.
• Define business outlook basis industry trends
• Highlight areas of improvement for better / simplified reporting and building technology capability for enabling analytics
Educational Qualifications Required
Engineering Graduate/MCA/MBA from Top Tier B-School
Relevant Experience
6-8 Years MS PowerPoint and MS Excel is a must Proficient in VBA macros & Automation is an added advantage but not a necessity Exposure to Tableau / Analytics tools / SQL Exposure in Media Tools - Adex/ Comscore /IRS ( Preferred )
